Life Transitions Coach

Are you facing a life transition right now? Are you having trouble figuring out what to do next, or even who to be? Life transitions are difficult, even self-motivated transitions. Change is hard! But these life-altering changes also offer a powerful opportunity to renew one’s purpose, set meaningful goals, and take positive action towards a new way of being. I can assist you in doing all of this through assessing where you currently are, providing tools to help you decide where you want to be, and offering guidance on how to get there based on your navigation style.

Writing Coach

Is there a writing project you’ve always thought about attempting? A memoir? A novel? Maybe you’ve started, or made several starts. I’m here to say GO FOR IT. First of all, the only way to improve at writing is to write. Classic advice, but it will always be true. However, fitting that into one’s life and at the same time working past one’s insecurities about one’s writing can be huge obstacles. Let me help. I know I can. I’ve helped many people (students and clients) come to see themselves as writers and rely on that aspect of themselves as a way of life.

Life Transitions & Writing Coach

To combine navigating a life transition and writing one’s way through it has been the solution for me. It’s not everyone’s way, I realize that. Yet if you think it might be your way, along with my knowledge and skills in each area, I personally rely on both areas to navigate the life transitions I’ve faced and will continue to face. If you’re facing a major life transition, and you already use writing as a coping tool, or want to learn how, I can help you maintain your writing as part of the process. I’ve helped many students and clients come to terms with their stumbling blocks in life through writing. Writing is a valuable tool for understanding ourselves and life in general. It works.

“I’ve been absolutely terrified every moment of my life—and I’ve never let it keep me from doing a single thing I wanted to do.”
